Im Rahmen eines Schnupperpraktikums mit Schülern durfte ich heute einen Einblick in die Förder- und Betreuungsgruppen der Einrichtung erhalten. Ich habe dabei zwei Gruppen kennengelernt und den Eindruck gewonnen, dass die Arbeit im gesamten Bereich von einer sehr wertschätzenden, professionellen und herzlichen Atmosphäre geprägt ist.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Zusammenarbeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Team: strukturiert, organisiert, respektvoll und gleichzeitig sehr zugewandt im Umgang mit den Klientinnen und Klienten. Sowohl das Vormittags- als auch das Nachmittagsprogramm wirkten gut durchdacht und liebevoll gestaltet. Trotz aller Abläufe entstand nie der Eindruck von Zeitdruck – vielmehr standen Begegnung, Ruhe und die Bedürfnisse der Menschen im Mittelpunkt.

Es war schön zu erleben, mit wie viel Engagement und Menschlichkeit hier gearbeitet wird. Der Tag hat mir große Freude gemacht und ich bin dankbar, diesen Bereich kennenlernen zu dürfen. Ich kann die Förder- und Betreuungsgruppen sowie die Verantwortlichen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
